I am in love with these egg muffins! And they are even Paleo Approved!! I have been making them once a week a doubling the recipe so I can just zap them in the microwave in the morning and have a quick and healthy breakfast! I have never been a huge fan of eating breakfast, but since it is the most important meal of the day, I have come to like it 🙂
