Every year I spend Thanksgiving at my parent’s home. My mom cooks up a storm, we invite Coast Guard recruits who are in training (we usually try and get 4 but it varies upon how many are enlisted), and friends and family pile around the table. My job is always, to set the table. I usually do it the day before or so to make sure we have enough place settings for the amount of people that year. And also because my mom starts to stress out and wants it done before the morning of! This year, as I am really liking the gold and silver theme, I dug through my great grandmothers china and silver and came up with this! It is pretty simple, elegant, and classy. I purchased the gourds a few weeks ago from a local farmer down the street. Hopefully, you can still find some in the stores if you wish to use them as a centerpiece too! I enjoy making the table look different every year. I would love to see some of your thanksgiving spreads! Please share with me at NoshOnPosh@gmail.com or #NoshOnPosh on instagram or twitter! I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
I am thankful for my dearest friends and family and the bond that keeps us together through thick and thin!
